McDonald's Corporation

 

Worked with Level 8 Systems Consultants to develop a prototype for an ActiveX based Message Queueing Framework to be deployed across their enterprise and all stores to gather important MIS data.

The system was developed offsite and demonstrated at MacDonalds' headquarters in approximately 6 months. Our company provided the resources necessary to develop the GUI (Graphical User Interface) to maintain and operate the Framework. We also provided onsite support and demonstrated the solution to the customer.

We provided Project Management and Software Development Services to create a new Image-Based Clean Check Collections System.

The new image features of this system set their Preferred Collections Product apart from the rest of the industry. Some of the highlights are:

• Created a Windows image-based Collections system with customizable check-fraud-detection rules using a Thomson and homegrown databases.
• Added 2 dedicated Panini Transports to keep this work .
• Incorporated forensic document technology to detect fraud as part of daily process.
